IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT - As advised in a
customer information mail out, as of
the 30th November 2006, China Repairers International closed its
office in Brisbane (Ferny Hills) and
relocated to the Newcastle
area, NSW. Furthermore, the below
message has been displayed on this website since OCTOBER 2006:
ALL China
on hand shall be securely stored in Brisbane
awaiting customer authorisation for us to
continue with repairs. Should you wish to collect your item note we shall
be coming to Brisbane
every 2 months so that we can release goods back to customers. To make an
appointment for collection or alternatively to request us to complete your
work, send us an email using the contact us page. To organise an appointment, simply email
us and we shall make contact with you commencing as of the 6th January
2006.

Kindly note that 12 months have now passed since the MAIL OUT and
also the above message was displayed predominantly on the home page of our
site. We wish to advise pre-existing
customers of the following who have failed to make an appointment for
collection.
o
As of the 1st of December 2007 – China Repairers
International shall be closed due to my continuing deterioration in health
and inability to continue to effect repairs.
o
Under the disposal of Uncollected Goods, having notified publicly by
way of the home page of this site for 12 months, and also having sent MAIL
OUT to all customers, any goods remaining with China Repairers uncollected
after the 1st of December 2007 shall be discarded. Please note that due to deterioration in
health, I have only been able to complete a handful of repairs in the past
12 months, and therefore, items shall not be sold at auction to recoup
monies owed to China Repairers as the work has not been carried out and
damaged China
is worth very little to nothing at public auction. Therefore, so as to
clearly outline the urgency of you to collect you are
advised that “items shall be discarded” means they shall be thrown
out. This is a regretful course of
action however please understand many customers have failed in their duty
of care to monitor the progress of work on hand or alternatively failed to
make ANY contact with my office to arrange collection. In over 80% of
cases, customers have failed, forgotten, not bothered, to make contact with
my office for more than a period of 3 or more years.

Any work you would like returned to you – please send us an email
using the contact us page found on www.tableking.com.au so that we can return
your item(s). In your email you MUST
provide the following : Your full name / job
description / job number (found on your Tax Invoice) and your phone number
for me to contact you.

STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Under the Disposal of Uncollected goods act,
please note that China Repairers International has discarded all work on
hand that has remained uncollected up to and including December 2005.
Customers whom have left work with us between the period of JAN 2006 until
JULY 2007 please make an appointment to collect your goods as these shall
be discarded as of DECEMBER 1st
2007 should they not be collected – NO EXCEPTIONS.
