Digital Scales

The add & weigh system allows you to do exactly that. For example, put in your butter until you get to say 80grams, reset the scale and it will now measure the sugar you tip in. At 3 gram increments, it is ideal for cakes, muffin mixtures, meats, and pretty well everything else you want.
