How do I make a warranty claim?
If you have chipped a dinner set item, simply contact our office to arrange a replacement.

What is included in TableKing's Chip-Resistant Warranty?
As long as you purchased your dinnerset through TableKing all the dinner set pieces will be included (for example: Dinner plate, mugs, tea cups, saucers, side plates, bowls etc)

What is not included?
Dinnersets not purchased from TableKing, accessory items, pieces that do not come as part of a standard dinner set. We do not warrant against breakages.

What if my Dinnerset has been discontinued?
If your dinner set has been discontinued and is no longer stocked we will try to source your chipped item from the manufacturer in Australia or Overseas. Failing this we will offer you a store credit to the RRP value on the chipped item, this cannot be exchanged for cash.
