LAYBY SERVICES
Tableking now proudly offers
a 2 month (56 day) layby service. Our terms are outlined below. If you like to
take advantage of our layby please call us during business hours via our customer phone support to
place your order.
TABLEKING EXCLUSIVE ONLINE
LAYBY SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Layby Set up fee
$5.50
-
25% of order total
taken as deposit upon order placement via credit card.

2nd payment taken out of
your card automatically 28 days later. (25% of original order
total)

3rd payment taken out of
your card automatically 14 days after 2nd payment. (25% of original order
total)
-
4th and final payment
taken out of your card automatically after 3rd payment (25% of original order
total)
Fees and charges - your
responsibilities in agreement with our layby service offer.

Initial fee as mentioned
above $5.50 establishment fee. This covers the time involved in taking a phone
order and doing the paperwork associated.

No interest is payable
on our layby service.

It is your
responsibility to diarise the dates when your payments shall be debited from
your card and ensure funds are available for us to complete the card
transaction on the due dates.

CARD DECLINED on debit
date - Tableking shall at the time of your card being declined attempt
to telephone you and email you as a reminder. Once notified
you shall have 24 hours to put the funds into our bank account (direct
deposit) or contact us back after putting funds into your card so we can
attempt processing again.

Failure to pay
within 72 hours of the date of your required payment shall result in your
order being cancelled, layby items returned to our stock and you
shall be refunded in full less your initial deposit. By agreeing to a Tableking Layby
you agree to your deposit (25% of order total or $75
which ever is the max) being used as a cancelation fee if you decide to change
your mind or cancel your layby or your layby is cancelled due to failing
to have funds availble by the due date.

ALL ownership of
property belongs to Tableking Australia until such times your lay by is paid
out in full satisfaction. This is not a credit service nor an extension of any
consumer credit.
