1. This warranty is not available to any order where the dinnerware is being used in a commercial or hospitality application. It is made available only for our private home use customers.
2. This warranty does not cover the cost of freightage of the replacement item to you. Freight shall be charged out at $15 flat rate.
3. In the instance that the claim is for any Burleigh or Denby product due to the high cost of these products we shall offer a replacement item to you at 50% off the price found on our website.
4. The items covers ANY item in the pre-packaged dinnerset (it does not include accessories).
5. Should an item of your dinner set chip (not break or crack) during the first six months we shall replace it free of charge. Contact our office via email for further information if required.
6. Items which have been hit hard enough to chip & crack or crack or break are not covered by our warranty. Claim must be received no later than 6 months from date of purchase on our systems. Dinner set order must have been $250 or higher at time of purchase to qualify. Note : We can not replace items which have been discontinued from production and so if your pattern is discontinued and not in stock it shall not be covered by this warranty.
7. This offer is available to orders within the criteria above placed after the 23rd of July 2010.
8. Tableking reserves the right to remove or change the criteria above at any time - this will not affect orders already in the system.

1. The warranty MUST be purchased at time of purchasing the dinner set. It can not be purchased after the date of the dinnerset purchase.
2. This warranty covers the purchaser for FULL REPLACEMENT of any item chipped from a dinner set purchased through Tableking when the original order was more that $250 for the dinner set.
3. This warranty is limited to a maximum of 3 items over the 12 month period.
