Every order placed with Tableking not only goes through our banking standards secure checkout but also for credit card purchasers our systems are linked to other security checking companies to verify your card against a fraud detection scale. This score rating advises us on whether to proceed to put through your order or whether it is a high risk transaction. In short our security protects YOU from being the victim of identity theft and / or stolen credit card details. We stand by the supreme quality of EVERY ITEM we sell and we're prepared to put our money where our mouth is. This is not a manufacturer warranty and is an AUSTRALIAN DINNERWARE RETAIL EXCLUSIVE OFFER MADE ONLY BY TABLEKING. For the purpose of this warranty we define Exclusive in so much as Tableking invented this warranty. Tablekings warranty has served hundreds of customers over the years and we still remain the original and the best - we don't copy other peoples marketing concepts.

NORITAKE WARRANTY

• This warranty is made available to our private home customers and is not available where the dinner set is used in either commercial or business application or purchased by a company or business. It is only available to customers purchasing under a private name.
• The warranty does not cover the cost of freightage which shall be charged at a flat $22 which includes GST and transit insurance to cover the replacement item during transit.
• The warranty covers ANY item in the pre-packaged dinnerset (it does not include accessories). Pre-packaged dinner set = 1, 4, 8, 12, etc place settings being dinner plates, salad plates, cereal bowls, teacup & saucers,B&B butter plates or mugs. Additional items in packages on top of dinnerset such as servingware accessories, teaware accessories and other add-ons in our packages are not covered under this warranty. Only the standard dinner set items are covered.
• Should an item of your dinner set chip (not break or crack) during the said 2 year period we shall replace it free of charge. Contact our office via email for further information if required.
• Items which have been hit hard enough to chip & crack or crack or break are not covered by our warranty. Claim must be received during the 24 month period from date of purchase on our systems. Note : We can not replace items which have been discontinued from production and so if your pattern is discontinued and not in stock it shall not be covered by this warranty.
• This offer is available to orders within the criteria above placed after the 1st March 2011.
• Tableking reserves the right to remove or change the criteria above at any time - this will not affect orders already in the system.

ALL OTHER BRANDS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY

All other dinner set brands on the Tableking warranty are covered by the same terms as the above terms for Noritake items but are limited to the time frame specified on the individual product - generally 6 months.

50% OFF REPLACEMENT VOUCHER

When purchased Tableking guarantees that should you break an item during your first 12 months of purchase we shall replace it for 50% off the stated website price for that item. This offer is valid for NORITAKE Dinnerware only and only for those purchasing the voucher at time of ordering. This voucher only covers items in your order at time of purchasing both your dinnerware order together with your voucher. To make a claim we shall require a JPEG image sent to us after you have made initial contact with our office staff to lodge your claim. Discontinued designs shall not be covered by this voucher unless we have stock at time of your replacement request. This voucher does not include freight of the replacement item to you which shall be charged at a flat $22 which includes GST and transit insurance to cover the replacement item during transit
