I found buying a gift for my brother from Table King very easy and efficient. We had several concerns regarding product information which we required details on. The expertise provided was by far anything we expected whether from an online or shop retailer. The Tableking staff knowledge of their products they sell is unquestionably without the most informative they could provide. Furthermore, on each occasion we have shopped with them, unbeknowns to us, they keep records of our purchases, and this time we received some free items for our dinner set.

I was more than delighted with the service I received from TableKing on ordering the Golden Traditions dinner service plus other accessories. I received the set within 2 days of ordering and it arrived in tact. At 2pm I had not received it so I rang Tableking who gave me a contact phone number of their Sydney rep. Being unable to contact the courier company, a special order was placed direct with Noritake and 3 large boxes arrived at 5pm. Many thanks to Tableking and I am a happy customer.

My Noritake Chateau dinner set arrived within days. Had a tiny problem with a manufacture's fault in the pepper shaker and was sent a replacement within 24 hours. I have in the past ordered Noritake Chateau and was amazed at the speed of delivery. Due to excellent packaging there were no breakages.
