Lodge an enquiry about your order

In many cases, we can not provide a quick answer on the phone for order enquiries. This may be because we need to find out more information in our warehouse or follow up with a courier or delivery service.

At this time due to Covid-19 Coronavirus, many freight companies are overwhelmed with deliveries. As such your order may be in transit and simply be taking longer than normal to deliver.

If you have received a tracking number and your order is not delivered yet, please check our updated estimated delivery times

    To lodge an enquiry with the courier you can do so via their website generally at the bottom of the tracking page. This is the fastest way to follow up on your delivery.
    Due to many places being short staffed due to Covid 19 please allow up to 5 days for us to get back to you. If 5 days have past, please continue to submit this enquiry so we can further follow up.
